Help in person for taught students

All the information you share on the booking/registration form or in an appointment remains confidential and is stored securely in line with data protection legislation. We will not share anything you tell us without your permission, unless we feel there is a serious risk to your safety or that of another person, or if we are required to share any information by law.  If this were to happen, we would try to discuss this with you first where possible. 

We keep data based on your session for service evaluation purposes. Individual students are never identified in these reports. All data will be recorded and maintained in line with the University of Leeds Student Privacy Notice.
