I am a dedicated Customer Services Manager at the University of Leeds Libraries, where I lead a team that provides front-line customer support across the University's five libraries: Brotherton, Edward Boyle, Health Sciences, Laidlaw, and St James' University Hospital. Our team is committed to assisting with a wide range of issues, from accessing electronic resources to utilizing our facilities, such as study rooms and printing services, seven days a week.
