I am a dedicated Customer Services Manager at the University of Leeds Libraries, where I lead a team that provides front-line customer services support across the University’s five libraries: Brotherton, Edward Boyle, Health Sciences, Laidlaw and St James’ University Hospital. Our team is committed to assisting with a wide range of issues, from accessing electronic resources to utilizing our facilities, such as study rooms and printing services seven days a week.

I work on projects aimed at improving the customer experience within the libraries and developing our spaces and facilities to meet changing demands.
