I am one of the Customer Services Managers at the University of Leeds Libraries. The Customer Services team are the smiling faces delivering front-line customer support across the University's five libraries: Brotherton, Edward Boyle, Health Sciences, Laidlaw and St James' University Hospital. We are here to answer your enquiries face-to-face, online and in person seven days a week. We can help with a wide range of issues, from accessing electronic resources to using our facilities such as study rooms and printing and copying issues.
I work closely with our IT team on our library management system, Alma, and I’m interested in how we can use technology to improve our processes and our services to customers.
